Customized, high-impact support for families in distress

Do you need a

RESET or a DEEP DIVE?

Which is right for your family?

A woman in a pink swimsuit jumping into a lake from a wooden dock with a backdrop of green hills and mountains under a clear blue sky.

When your child is struggling — and you’re feeling overwhelmed, worried, or just plain stuck — it’s hard to know where to turn. You’ve exhausted the algorithms, don’t have time for the books, and the podcasts are contradictory.

You love your child and you’re deeply connected. But nothing seems to calm the chaos, and you’re not sure what will actually help.

That’s where I come in.

Both the RESET and the DEEP DIVE are designed to meet you where you are — to help you understand what’s driving your child’s big emotions and behaviors, and to give you the tools to bring more calm and connection back into your family life.

Each is short-term, highly focused, and deeply attuned.

Which one is right for you depends on how deep you’re ready to go right now.

RESET: regroup and realign

A young girl crying and clutching her hands together while talking to an adult.

For families who feel overwhelmed and need a clear place to start.

This series gives you a short-term, focused plan to stabilize the current challenges and set you and your child up for success — even if you’re not ready (or don’t need) a long-term therapy commitment.

RESET is for you if you:

  • Feel confused about your child’s behaviors and need clarity

  • Are overwhelmed by meltdowns, power struggles, or emotional outbursts

  • Want a short-term roadmap to feel more confident parenting your sensitive, emotional child

  • Need immediate strategies you can start using right away

What you’ll get:
- Clarity about what’s really driving your child’s behavior
- Short-term support to and tips to regulate your home
- Parenting strategies that actually help
- A plan forward — with or without ongoing therapy

If you’re ready to catch your breath, calm the chaos, and take the first steps toward a more connected family, let’s start with a RESET.

DEEP DIVE:
intensive change

For families who know something bigger needs to shift.

This is a more intensive, in-depth series for families ready to go beyond stabilizing — to uncover and shift the deeper patterns driving the struggles. Together, we’ll look at your child’s nervous system, their underlying sensitivities, your family dynamics, and the stories everyone’s carrying — so real change can take root.

DEEP DIVE is for you if you:

  • Have tried other approaches and nothing seems to “stick”

  • Sense there’s more beneath the surface — and want to get to the heart of it

  • Are ready to invest more time and energy into meaningful change

  • Want support not just for your child, but for your whole family dynamic

What you’ll get:
- A deeper understanding of your child’s nervous system and needs
- Awareness of family patterns that may be fueling the struggle
- Tools to help everyone feel safer, calmer, and more connected
- A personalized path forward toward lasting change

If you’re ready to go deeper, uncover what’s really driving the struggles, and create lasting change for your family, let’s take the DEEP DIVE together.

FAQs

  • You will get some therapeutic support — but the RESET isn’t meant to be deep, ongoing therapy. Instead, it’s a focused way to understand what’s really going on, calm the immediate chaos, and create a clear map forward.

There are no quick fixes when it comes to nervous systems and family dynamics — and that’s okay. RESET is designed to give you clarity, immediate tools you can start using right away, and a realistic plan for what comes next — whether that’s continuing with deeper therapy or feeling confident on your own for now.

It’s a starting point, and a powerful one.

  • No — there’s no expectation to continue therapy beyond the program you choose. Both RESET and DEEP DIVE are designed to stand on their own and give you meaningful clarity, tools, and a path forward — whether or not you keep working with me.

That said, many families do choose to continue with me because we’ve already built a relationship, and it can feel easier than starting over with someone new. The choice is entirely yours, and I’m here to support you either way.

  • Both RESET and DEEP DIVE are investments in the long-term well-being of your child, yourself, and your family — a chance to pivot in a new direction and change the trajectory of your home life. When families feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at their breaking point, taking this step can create clarity, connection, and a plan for lasting change.

The RESET program is a flat fee of $1,000 — which includes four highly focused sessions plus your personalized roadmap forward.

The DEEP DIVE program is customized based on your family’s unique needs — including the frequency and length of sessions — so we can create the depth of support that’s right for you. We’ll discuss the cost during your consultation once we know what your family needs.

Both programs are designed to give you more than “coping” — they offer a chance to truly shift your family’s patterns and lay the foundation for a calmer, more connected future.

  • I don’t work directly with insurance so I can focus on what’s best for each child and family, rather than what a policy will approve. This allows me to keep my caseload small, stay fully present, and provide the kind of thoughtful, individualized care families deserve.

You can read more about that here.

  • I do, further down this same page I share more about that.

  • Yes — absolutely. Some families choose to start with a RESET or DEEP DIVE to gain clarity and a strong foundation before deciding on ongoing therapy, while others prefer to begin with traditional weekly sessions from the start.

Both approaches can work, and we can talk together about what feels right for your family’s needs. If you’d rather skip a structured program and begin with weekly therapy, that’s always an option.

Therapy Intensives

WHEN YOU NEED DEEPER WORK AT A FASTER PACE

Focused Support. Lasting Change.

Your child keeps coming to you with really troubling thoughts he has - like, really scary stuff - and you thought you could handle it but now you are rocked to the core…what is going on?

You know your kid can feel your distress, and now you’re worried he’s trying not to be upset, taking care of you and acting fine

But you know he’s not.

And now it’s gotten to a point where you can’t wait anymore. You just know you, your child and your family need help, you called around, everyone has wait lists, the offices look dark and unappealing…but underneath all of that, you wonder, “can an hour a week really help here?”

When your child is struggling, every day can feel like survival mode.

You’ve tried everything you can think of, but nothing is working. It’s just getting worse.

The emotional outbursts. The school refusal. The constant anxiety or withdrawal.

And all the while, you’re just barely holding it all together—for your child, your career, your family.

You don’t need more time. You need the right kind of help.

The once-a-week therapy model was created for adult brains.
But when your child’s nervous system is stuck in survival mode—or your family is facing a big transition, high stress, or longstanding challenges—once a week may not be enough.

That’s why I offer intensive therapy options:
Customizable, high-frequency sessions designed to jumpstart growth, restore connection, and create meaningful change—faster.

Why Choose Intensive Therapy?

Intensive therapy gives us more time—more time to attune, repair, explore, and practice.
It’s ideal for families who need:

  • Support during a developmental window or major transition

  • A deeper dive into therapy after hitting a plateau

  • Fast, effective help when things feel urgent or stuck

  • A “reset” or fresh start with clear goals and a shared plan forward

This is therapy that moves.
Deep. Fast. With a clear end-point.

The Science Behind It

Children’s brains are highly responsive to repetition, rhythm, and relationship.
By increasing the frequency or length of sessions, we help:

  • Strengthen regulation and emotional flexibility

  • Rewire protective responses into new patterns of connection

  • Build core capacities like body awareness, communication, and self-agency

  • Create neural networks that support resilience—long after therapy ends

How It Works

Intensive therapy is always customized to your family.
Options may include a combination of:

  • 2–5 sessions per week over a 2–6 week period

  • 90-minute or two-a-day sessions

  • Mini-retreat style intensives for out-of-town families

  • Ongoing six-week follow-up care after the intensive is complete

All intensives include parent collaboration and coaching as an essential part of the process.

This is the power of neuroplasticity. When we pair it with safe, relational play, children grow in powerful ways.

The Parent Piece

You are your child’s greatest resource.
That’s why intensive therapy has time for parent education and coaching built into it with opportunities to observe and practice co-regulation in real-time. You’ll also receive personalized guidance for supporting your child at home, and strategies grounded in Synergetic Play Therapy, and relational neuroscience, and attachment theory - so you can continue to strengthen your secure attachment within your family.

You’ll gain tools and insights that strengthen your relationship and empower your parenting—long after the sessions are done.

Let’s Explore the Possibility

Intensive therapy requires time, commitment, and investment.
But for many families, it’s the turning point.

If you’re curious, reach out. We’ll talk about what’s going on for your child, and whether this kind of focused support is the right next step. If it is, we’ll craft a plan that’s aligned with your family’s goals—and your child’s unique nervous system.

What You’ll Receive

  • A comprehensive, neuroscience-informed assessment

  • Individual play therapy and play-based family sessions

  • Clear insights into your child’s nervous system and behavior

  • Parent coaching and emotional support

  • Practical strategies you can use immediately

  • A detailed roadmap and follow-up consult 6 weeks later

Every intensive is fully customized—but all include:

Real change is possible—in less time than you think.

When the right support aligns with the right moment, change can unfold rapidly.

This is a deep dive: intensive, contained, and designed for lasting results.

Your child doesn’t need to be “fixed.”
They need someone who can truly understand what’s happening beneath the behavior—and help your whole family reset.
